It’s very difficult for me to write this post without feeling like a complete failure.  When this year started, I had very high hopes for my project 365.  I was armed with my brand new camera, an intense feeling of inspiration, and couldn’t wait to get started.  Then, just 18 days into it, my project came to a screeching halt.  I guess I should more appropriately say that my life came to a screeching halt.

I’m in no position to give details on exactly what happened, however, I can say it’s something that has impacted my life and changed it in both good and bad ways.  Initially, it was a shock, but something that has turned into a positive, and will continue to be positive for both me and my family.  In the midst of it all, photography was put on the back burner and I admit, I’m still searching to find my photo mojo (I know it’s down there, inside of me somewhere.)

In the meantime, I’ve decided to put my project 365 on hiatus and continue on with a project 52.
